I found this in one of my favorite sick weekly news papers.
"An now, from the 'Kids, Don't Try This At Home' department, news out of Dubai where two men face murder charges after testing out the magical powers of their victim who claimed that he was bullet proof. 'I first shot him in the abdomen, but he pretended he was not hurt,' said one of the defendants. So his friend shot him in the head, ending the magical run of the bullet proof man."
It is like 10 degrees here and I love it. the snow is beautiful on the foothills.

1:53 pm - Molly or Emma?

I am getting my kitten in about 2 weeks. I am so excited she is a Tortie Manx. She will be about 6 monthes old. The breeder is flying her to me. Now I am trying to decide on a name. What do you think Molly or Emma?
It I could figure out how to add a picture to my journal, I could show you how cute she is. Maybe Boo can help me?
Yeah for little furry kittens!!!!

9:37 am - piper can relate

Well, I got got the call. My parents are leaving Boise!!!! I am sure that all of you can relate. I love my parents to come visit but I am sure happy when they leave and my life can go back to normal again. They came down for my birthday and expect me to spend every waking momment with them and the rest of the family, which mean the long drive to Horseshoe Bend to hang out with my brother's family. I finally had enough yesterday around 5:00 last night and told them all good-bye.
I know this was a rough weekend for Boo too. It is hard for us to split our time and share. We are so close that sharing is not easy and the rest of the family is not nearly as much fun or funny as we are. They have no sense of humor.
On the good news front, I am going to call the Manx breeder today. I am ready for my new kitten (that will not be named Don King). I hope they have one available. Wish me luck.

9:49 am - sending my Boo to you
|
Well, it is all set. I have just completed the Boise to Tampa reservation for Boo. She will be there Oct 27 and will come back on Oct 31. You will need to contact her if you want to see her. I know that she is so excited.
I am still loving Boise. We found a house that we are going to have built. It has a really nice guest suite in case anyone wants to visit Boise. I am looking into getting a new Manx kitten since Lu died 2 months ago. I still miss her and miss having a kitty in the house. I will probably get one in the next couple of weeks.
sorry this is a boring entry. I just wanted all of you to know that Boo is coming to Tampa soon!
